To mark Mothering Sunday, Trinity Churches will have both flowers and chocolates on offer. On the day before, Saturday 29th March, members of the church will be out and about in Meole Brace and Radbrook offering chocolates to ladies they meet, as a way of telling them how special they are to God. At TMAC (Trinity Money Advice Centre) we have a compassionate heart for the poor and exist to provide debt advice and practical help to those in need. Our advisors meet with the clients and gather all of the relevant paperwork needed to negotiate a repayment plan for the client with their creditors. Over the past year we have helped 19 new clients to progress towards being debt free. But we cannot do it alone. However, we need your help! We are waiting to hear formally that we have claimed its place in the Guinness Book of Records. Holy Trinity church in Meole Brace was one of hundreds of churches across the UK, who hosted the ‘Big Promise’ an attempt to see the most number of couples renew their wedding vows simultaneously. Every year we take our cars in for an MOT to check they are still roadworthy and to identify any issues that need attending to, and many of us will have a health check-up too, to see if we have any physical problems which need attention. But what about our spiritual health? How often do we stop and review how we are doing as a follower of Jesus?
