Calling all singers for Carols by Candlelight Choir

Valerie Pitt and Elly Hughes are currently looking for singers to join them for the choir which will be singing at this year’s Carols by Candlelight.  Taking place on Sunday 18th December at 4.30pm and 7.00pm the choir will be performing two pieces and leading the singing of well-known carols. You don’t have to be able to read music but it helps.

Rehearsals begin on Tuesday 22nd November at 7.30pm at 4 Meole Hall Gardens to learn the notes.  You must, please, attend at least two practices plus the Saturday afternoon final rehearsal.   The dates for additional rehearsals are as follows:

• Thursday 1st December Holy Trinity Meole Brace at 7.30pm
• Wednesday 7th December Holy Trinity Meole Brace at 7.30pm
• Monday 12th December Holy Trinity Meole Brace at 7.30pm.
• There will be a final full rehearsal with the orchestra on Saturday 17th December at 3.45pm.
