Church Building reopens as Lockdown finishes

Church Building reopens as Lockdown finishes

We are glad to say that with Lockdown 2.0 finishing tomorrow we are able to worship together in the building again. We are doing all that we can to ensure that our services are COVID-secure, but we are aware that a significant number of people will still not feel that they can attend for the time being. And so we will also continue to livestream many of our services, as well as our reinstated weekly phone church.

Services this weekend (Sunday 6th December) feature a 9am and 11am service, the later service including children and youth provision. For those who are choosing to worship with us in the building we are asking you to let us know that you’ll be coming to help with our planning. You can do that via our website, or by phoning the Church Office on 01743 362399.

Looking ahead from here we’ll continue with that morning pattern will continue for Sunday 13th and Sunday 20th. In the evenings – online only – we’ll be hosting a contemporary Christmas gathering on 13th December, and a more traditional carols event on Sunday 20th.  We’ll then be having our usual mix of crib service (online only), midnight communion and Christmas day celebrations, though we will obviously not be able to have anything like the number of people in the building as we usually might. Each of these will be livestreamed so that you can join in with others from home.
