Glebe Field Project

Find feedback, updates and everything you need to know about this project here

Over the last couple of years, a working group from Trinity Churches, together with a landscape architect, has been putting together a draft plan for the future use of the Glebe Field, adjacent to Holy Trinity Church and the Trinity Centre.

We now feel we are in a position to communicate our ideas to the church and the local community. The weekend of the Apple Day and Harvest Celebrations (1st and 2nd October 2022) gives an initial opportunity to chat with the team and give your views. For those unable to attend, or with further views, we have posted here online the questionnaire, and links below to the relevant documents. These include a landscape drawing of the latest plans, a vision statement, a description of the developments proposed, a site map and an aerial photo. Please do engage with us and with the project, in seeking to provide this community amenity.

This is going to be a big project, one best done together, and for funding reasons, if nothing else won’t happen overnight. As we move forward to plan and add detail to the future use of the Glebe field as a community amenity we are seeking the responses to the following questions to inform our decisions. If you have any further questions then please do contact the Glebe team on
