Managing Conflict on our front line

Managing Conflict on our front line

the boss femaleHave you ever had to handle conflict at your work place or other front line?  How easy did you find it?

I suspect many will read the above with an uncomfortable feeling.  Conflict is a normal part of most of our working lives, and, handled well, it can be creative and energising.  However, handled badly, it can lead to stress, pain and do huge damage to both individuals and organisations.

Most of us, if we are honest, don’t find managing or handling conflict easy.   If we are really honest, we wish it would just go away.  However, given that it won’t, we wish we could handle it better, particularly as Christians.

What does the Bible have to say on the subject and how can we, as Christians in the front line in our workplaces be distinctively ‘good news’ in this area?

On Saturday, 1 February, from 8.30 – 10.00am we will be wrestling with this area together.  There will be a great breakfast and the chance to learn, discuss, worship and pray together as we seek to serve better on our front lines.

 We may even disagree!

Contact us for tickets, price £5 (to cover the cost of the full English breakfast),
