Resources from Shropshire Light – Saturday 16th November 2013

shropshire lightJust under 300 people from across Shropshire gathered together for “Shropshire Light” on Saturday 16th November at Holy Trinity Meole Brace.

George Carey, the former Archbishop of Canterbury, was the keynote speaker. Addressing the full church he spoke of how the Church “can grow, will grow and must grow”, and how that happens at the hands of men and women whose hearts are touched by the power of God. He challenged men and women of churches from across Shropshire to “appreciate and re-imagine the Church”, and of the life-transforming message of Jesus which can change individuals and communities.

We are making as many resources available as we can to help people get the most out of the conference.
